„Christmas Gnome Game“ PRIZE COMPETITION RULES
(hereinafter: Rules)
The purpose of these rules is to ensure equality for all participants and equal opportunities to win prizes after fulfilling the conditions specified in the rules.

ARTICLE 1.
Facebook does not sponsor, administer, or support this promotion in any way, and it is not affiliated with it in any way. By entering the „Christmas Gnome Game“ competition, you confirm that you agree to the transfer of your data to the companies essence Hrvatska and Catrice Hrvatska and VM2 Cosmetics d.o.o. , not Facebook.

ARTICLE 2. THE ORGANIZER
The organizer of the contest called the „Christmas Gnome Game“ contest (hereinafter the „Competition“) is VM2 Cosmetics d.o.o., Rudeška cesta 14, 10 000 Zagreb, (hereinafter the „Organizer“).

ARTICLE 3. PUBLICATION OF RULES
The rules of the Competition will be published on the page https://www.vm2-cosmetics.com/hr/

ARTICLE 4: DURATION AND PLACE OF PRIZE COMPETITION
The prize competition is conducted in the period from November 28, 2021 to December 26, 2021.
The prize competition is divided into four rounds:
1st round – 12.12. 2022 from 00:00h – 19.12. 2022 until 11:59 p.m
2nd round – 20.12. from 00:00h – 26.12. until 23:59
3rd round – 27.12. from 00:00h – 3.1. 2023 until 11:59 p.m

ARTICLE 5: TYPE OF PRIZE DETERMINED BY THE ORGANIZER
Participants of the Prize Contest who will be awarded based on the provisions of these Rules will be awarded the following prizes according to the criteria from Article 8 of these Rules according to the schedule. As part of the competition, the 1st – 20th place from the Top List of Participants will be awarded in each prize round:
1st Prize: Christmas Gnome plush toy and makeup gift pack

ARTICLE 6: RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE
All natural persons residing in the Republic of Croatia, except employees of the Organizer, as well as members of their immediate families (parents, spouse, children, sisters and brothers) (hereinafter: Participants) have the right to participate in the Prize Contest.
Minors have the right to participate in the Prize Competition in accordance with the applicable regulations of the Republic of Croatia. For the participation of a minor, consent must be given by a parent or a person authorized to take care of them in accordance with the law.

ARTICLE 7: HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PRIZE COMPETITION
The participant should visit the facebook page

and play the offered game. In the game, the Participant has to control the character of the Christmas Gnome, collect gifts, and avoid obstacles in order to collect as many points as possible. Every 15 seconds the game speeds up, and the goal of the game is to collect as many points as possible.
After the Participant has played the game, in order to participate in the Prize Contest and publish his results, it is necessary to leave his data: first and last name, phone number and e-mail address in the online form on the website „christmas-gnome.com“. Participants are obliged to provide true, accurate and complete contact information about themselves when registering, otherwise the Organizer reserves the right to disqualify the Participant. Several Participants with the same last name at the same residential address will be considered one Participant. The top list of participants and the names of the winners will be published on the „christmas-gnome.com“ page.

ARTICLE 8: SELECTION OF WINNERS
Prizes from Article 5 will be won by Contest Participants who enter their contact phone number when registering and who collect the highest number of points at the end of the prize round. In the event that two or more Participants have the same number of points, the winner is the one who played first. In case a participant plays more than once, only his best score is accepted. Each participant can win the grand prize only once. If the participant has already received the main prize, he is removed from the top list.

ARTICLE 9 – ACCEPTANCE OF THE PRIZE
At the end of the Prize Contest, the prize winner will be notified of the prize via the e-mail address he left on the „christmas-gnome.com“ page within 5 days. The winner is obliged to report the data for the delivery of the prize via e-mail within 3 days of receiving the notification of winning the prize. If the winner does not respond to the prize notification, the Organizer reserves the right to award the prize to the next participant on the top list.
Prizes will be sent to the winners at the home address registered for prize delivery no later than 40 days after the end of the Prize Contest in which the Participant won the prize.
Upon receipt of the prize and signing of the delivery note and Confirmation of Prize Receipt, i.e. the expiration of the deadlines for reporting information for the delivery of the prize, or failure to collect the delivered prize for any reason, all further obligations of the Organizer towards the prize winner shall cease.

ARTICLE 10. – TAXES
The winner does not bear any taxes, obligations or fees directly related to the prizes awarded in this Prize Contest.

ARTICLE 11 – SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES
In the event of a dispute between the Organizer and the Participants of the Prize Contest, the parties will resolve all disputes arising from this Prize Contest through mutual agreement, and in case of impossibility of resolving the dispute, the court in Zagreb is competent.

ARTICLE 12 – ERRORS AND IRREGULAR APPLICATIONS
If, during the duration and after the end of the Prize Contest, irregularities are observed in the behavior of the Participant in the Prize Contest and there is a justified suspicion that the Participant, in order to achieve the result, acted in a way that is not allowed by the rules, as well as if it turns out that the Participant achieved an unrealistically high result which occurred as a result of an error, omission or disruption of the game mechanism, regardless of whether the same behavior was the result of the Participant’s intentional actions or an unintentional error in the system, the Organizer reserves the right to disqualify the Participant, i.e. his result.

ARTICLE 13 – PROTECTION OF USER DATA
By participating in this Prize Contest, Participants consent to the Organizer processing their personal data listed on the „christmas-gnome.com“ page. The organizer guarantees the protection of personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act. The organizer will process the above personal data exclusively for the purposes of implementing this Prize Contest (selection of winners, notification of prizes) and for statistical data processing. The Organizer undertakes not to transfer the said information about the participants of the Prize Contest to third parties, unless it is necessary for the implementation of the Prize Contest or the Organizer is obliged to provide the same data in accordance with applicable regulations. During the Prize Contest, the Participant has the right to withdraw from further participation in the Prize Contest, after which his personal data will be deleted from the personal data base.

ARTICLE 14 – TERMINATION OF THE PRIZE COMPETITION
The prize competition can be terminated only in case of occurrence of circumstances for which the Organizer is not responsible, that is, which it could not foresee, prevent, remove or avoid. Participants will be informed about the termination of the Prize Contest through the official website of the Organizer
